Our new development, Robert Bakewell Business Park in Uttoxeter, we have just completed with two new units measuring 33,843 sq ft and 109,345 sq ft. The units include 10/12-metre eaves, dock-level and level access doors, and a PV-ready frame with 40 kw already installed. Other amenities include 15% roof lights, EV car parking spaces, and a 250/500 KVA electrical supply, with the option for upgrades.
