PMW Property welcome Charnwood Paint Specialists into their 15,965ft² site at Loughborough just to the north of the town centre. Arron and his team have taken occupation of Unit 6 Weldon Road on a ten year lease agreement with PMW Property. Charnwood Paints are a customer focused paint spraying business with over 25 years of experience. They supply the highest quality of paint finishes in both wet paint and powder coating with customer satisfaction being their highest priority.

Matthew Wrigley of PMW Property has been overseeing the refurbishment works to the site. Matthew said “Demand in the market has been high and after the refurbishment of the warehouses and offices at Weldon Road and Cotton Way the units have been proving of interest to a lot of local businesses.
