REMFLEX INSULATION COVERS STRENGTHENS OPERATIONS WITH MOVE TO PMW PROPERTY’S ILKESTON PREMISES
Remflex Insulation Covers, a specialist manufacturer and supplier of removable insulation systems for the thermal insulation industry has enhanced its operational capacity after relocating to PMW Property’s commercial premises at 10 Booths Industrial Estate, Awsworth Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, on the 5th January 2026.
Founded in January 2020 by directors Paul Bates, Gary Lewis, and Paul Lewis, Remflex brings together more than 20 years of combined experience within the thermal insulation sector. The company was established to deliver high quality, custom removable insulation solutions that improve efficiency, safety and accessibility across a wide range of industrial environments.
From its Ilkeston facility, Remflex designs manufactures, supplies and installs removable insulation covers for industrial equipment including valves, flanges and pipework. These specialist products help reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency and support easier access for maintenance and servicing.
The move to Booths Industrial Estate represents a significant step forward for Remflex and has been made possible through the proactive support and expertise of PMW Property. PMW worked closely with the directors to understand the company’s operational needs, identify a suitable site and ensure a smooth transition into the new premises. Their commitment to providing flexible, well‑maintained commercial space has given Remflex the room and infrastructure required to continue expanding its services across the UK thermal insulation sector.
