BOUQUET WINE CELLAR OPEN THEIR NEW VENTURE AT LITTLE EATON

Bouquet Wine Cellar moved into our premises at Unit 3B Old Hall Mills Business Park, Little Eaton this February turning the unit into a fabulous wine bar and shop. It is a 1,518 sq.ft unit and Bouquet Wine Cellar has made significant improvements to the interiors, renovating it out in a homely but modern way. It is now the perfect place to enjoy a drink and is the only venue in Derby to have an enomatic wine dispensing machine. It also serves locally roasted coffee, pastries, cheeseboards, Italian style sandwiches and they also run a number of tasting events. They have lots of exciting events planned for this year- including an old-world vs new world tasting evening, summer showcase and a Spanish evening with plenty more to come including some collaborations with our other tenants, Blok Knives – who used to be in this actual unit – and Shiny Tap Brewery who are both tenants of ours as well. Bouquet Wine Cellar also focuses on sustainability, carefully sourcing wines with good ethical practices and organic wine production methods where possible, offering wines that are more unusual or from smaller producers.

Rebecca, the Director and owner of Bouquet quoted: – “Having worked in the NHS for 17 years, in 2024 I decided to pursue a dream to open an amazing place to get good wine. After previously working in hospitality and retail too. I have a law degree and experience in quality/legal which is a huge help to Bouquet. Bouquet has been a dream of ours for many years, to open a community space where people can come together for good wine. I am excited that the dream is now a reality and some days I still can’t quite believe it’s now real.” We would also like to thank PMW property for allowing us to have this opportunity and their support to take over the premises in a timely and easy manner was a great help with the development of our business.

We wish Rebecca and all her team all the luck in the future and hope they make a great success of their venture into the wine bar world. We are looking forward to attending a wine tasting very soon.
